Relectrify Usage Guidelines

Relectrify takes great pride in its innovative technologies and brand identity. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names (“Trademarks”) displayed on Relectrify’s products, website, and promotional materials are the property of Relectrify or their respective owners.

Any use of a Relectrify Trademark must comply with applicable laws and requires strict compliance with these Guidelines. While in some instances wordmarks can be used without a license to truthfully convey information about Relectrify’s products or services or compatibility therewith as long as the use does not cause confusion as to source or affiliation, any other use of a Relectrify Trademark requires an appropriate license agreement. Relectrify’s logo marks can never be used by third parties without express authorization by Relectrify. Requests for a trademark license may be submitted to Upon approval, Relectrify will provide appropriate logo files for your use.

You may reference Relectrify’s products and services using the Marks, so long as such references are: (1) truthful, fair, and not misleading, and (2) comply with these Guidelines, which may be modified from time to time by Relectrify in its sole discretion.

By using any Relectrify Trademarks, you acknowledge that Relectrify is the sole owner of the Trademarks and agree not to interfere with Relectrify’s rights in the Trademarks, including challenging Relectrify’s use, registration of, or application to register such Trademarks. You agree that you will not harm, misuse, or bring into disrepute any Relectrify Trademarks and that the goodwill, if any, derived from your use of any Relectrify Trademarks exclusively inures to the benefit of and belongs to Relectrify. You may not use any Relectrify Trademarks in metatags, search fields, hidden text, or any other form that has the purpose or effect of diverting or confusing consumers without Relectrify’s prior written permission.

Trademark Notices

Properly designate the status of the Relectrify Marks by using the correct trademark symbol (® or ™) reflecting Relectrify’s ownership of particular marks as set forth below.

  • You must properly designate (with ® or ™) the Relectrify Marks at the first or most prominent use where the Marks appear in your document, publication, website, or elsewhere (for example, in a title, heading, or sub-heading). Subsequent references to the same Relectrify Mark may omit the notice symbol.
  • Trademarks are singular adjectives, not verbs and should not be made possessive.
  • Use the Relectrify Marks only as adjectives followed by the appropriate generic product or service noun describing the relevant product or service. Examples include: service, software, platform, technology, or application (e.g., “the ReVolve® technology”).

References to Relectrify

When Relectrify is used to refer to our company rather than as a brand of product or services, it is a proper noun, which can be used in the possessive form and does not need to be followed by a generic term. Neither the ™ nor ® symbol should accompany references to Relectrify as a company.

Ownership Assertion

Do not assert rights over any Relectrify Mark and do not seek to obtain trademark protection for any Relectrify Marks or variations thereof. Do not incorporate a Relectrify Mark or variations thereof into your own product or service names, trademarks, logos, social media handles, or company names. Do not use the Relectrify Marks in domain names and do not register for domains that include a Relectrify Mark or variations thereof.
